How to Become a
Medical Cannabis Patient in Georgia
STEP 1
Meet with a Doctor
We provide physician-supervised pathways to access medical cannabis in full compliance with Georgia law. If you have a qualifying condition, our board-certified doctors can guide you through the process.
Join us for in-person evaluations every Friday from 2–4 PM at our dispensaries, or book a telemedicine appointment for added convenience.
From intractable pain and cancer to PTSD and other approved conditions, our team offers personalized care to help you start your medical cannabis journey.
STEP 2
Get Certified
To legally obtain medical cannabis in Georgia, residents must be diagnosed by a state-approved physician. After your evaluation, your provider will submit your certification to the Georgia Department of Public Health. Once approved, you’ll receive your medical cannabis card.
Our physicians are experienced in evaluating conditions like chronic pain, cancer, PTSD, and sickle cell. After certification, you’ll be added to the state registry for streamlined access.

STEP 3
Receive Your Medical Cannabis License
After your certification is submitted, the Department of Public Health will process your application. Most patients receive their registry card within 3 business days via USPS.
Your card must be presented along with a valid photo ID when visiting any Fine Fettle dispensary in Georgia.
What to Bring and Expect at Fine Fettle
When visiting, bring your Low-THC Registry card and a valid Georgia photo ID. You must be 18 or older or accompanied by a registered caregiver. Payment is accepted via debit or cash. Our team is here to help with your first visit, product selection, and dosage recommendations.

Georgia’s program allows for products such as tinctures, soft drops, capsules, topicals, and vapes. As of now, THC flower is not permitted, but we hope the legislation changes soon!
Is there a limit to how much cannabis I can purchase?
Yes. Patients may legally possess up to 20 fluid ounces of low-THC oil at any given time, as defined by Georgia state law.
