Get Certified

To legally obtain medical cannabis in Georgia, residents must be diagnosed by a state-approved physician. After your evaluation, your provider will submit your certification to the Georgia Department of Public Health. Once approved, you’ll receive your medical cannabis card.

Receive Your Medical Cannabis License

After your certification is submitted, the Department of Public Health will process your application. Most patients receive their registry card within 3 business days via USPS.
