How do I earn loyalty points?

Every time you shop at Fine Fettle, you earn points! For each dollar spent (pre-tax), you’ll receive points that can be redeemed for rewards. It’s that simple—just shop and let your points start adding up!

Will my loyalty points expire if I don’t use them?

Don’t worry, your points won’t expire as long as you shop with us at least once within a 200-day window. We’d miss you too much otherwise! Just keep in mind that points earned through special promotions may have different expiration dates, so be sure to check the terms.

How do I get promoted to the next loyalty tier?

To move up to the next tier, simply spend more throughout the calendar year!

  • Silver Haze: 1 point per $1 spent ($0-$700)
  • Gold Kush: 1.5 points per $1 spent ($701-$3,000)
  • Platinum OG: 2 points per $1 spent ($3,001+)

As you spend more, you’ll climb to higher tiers and unlock even more perks!

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

It’s easy! Log in to your loyalty wallet anytime to check your points balance and see what rewards you’ve earned. When you’re ready to redeem, just let your budtender know at checkout, and they’ll apply the reward to your order. If you’re shopping online or using delivery*, just indicate the amount of points you’d like to use in the “Delivery Instructions” field before checkout. Please note, each visit only allows one reward redemption.

*Delivery is only available in Connecticut at this time.

How many people can I refer to the program?

You can refer as many friends as you like! Just remember, they must complete a purchase for both of you to receive the reward. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you both earn!
