Herbal Harmony Flow Yoga

Jump start those new year’s resolutions and join us January 4th from 12 pm – 1:30 pm for consumption firiendly Herbal Harmony Flow Yoga at Dead Language Beer Project Brewery in Hartford. Sarah from Root to Rise Yoga CT will lead you through a fun and gentle all levels yoga class. Arrive at 12 pm to settle in, do some gardening, and set up your spot.
