At Fine Fettle, we are committed to providing our #finefettlefam with the highest quality cannabis products and guidance to match. We understand that everyone’s journey with cannabis is different and we’re here for you every step of the way!

Respiratory-Friendly Consumption

In the dynamic world of cannabis consumption, edibles offer a lung-friendly alternative, making them an ideal choice for individuals with respiratory issues or those just seeking a more discreet way to indulge in the cannabis experience. One of the most significant advantages of choosing edibles is the reduction in exposure to harmful carcinogens associated with smoking – by sidestepping the need for smoking or vaping, customers can enjoy the therapeutic effects without compromising respiratory health.

Nourishing Excellence

Beyond their recreational appeal, users of cannabis edibles have reported an array of therapeutic benefits. Edibles have the potential to provide relief from chronic pain conditions, alleviate stress and foster well-being, and improve sleep. Did you know that cannabis edibles also have nutritional benefits? Packed with essential nutrients like Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium, Folate, and Antioxidants, cannabis edibles provide a unique blend of health benefits, contributing to overall wellness.

Start Low, Go Slow

Edibles are generally known for their slower onset and longer duration, and therefore require patience when dosing. With effects kicking in between 30-90 minutes, beginners are advised to start with a 2.5mg dosage and to wait at least 2 hours before considering another dose. This approach encourages patience and mindfulness, reducing the risk of overconsumption and potential discomfort.

It’s important to us to keep our #finefettlefam educated on the variety of methods that we offer, ensuring a holistic and enriching experience for customers and solidifying our position as a trusted provider in the evolving cannabis landscape.

Recipes

As an added bonus, we’ve put together a few recipes that could be incorporated into Holiday festivities. Enjoy!

Pot Chocolate

  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup Half & Half or Cream
  • 4 Grams Cannabis
  • 5 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
  • ½ TSP Vanilla
  • 5 TBSP Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Coffee Filter
  • String/Twine

*Makes 2 Cups of Pot Chocolate

Combine the Milk, Sugar, and Salt in a saucepan on medium heat. Finely chop the Cannabis and add it to the center of the coffee filter. Gather up the edges of the coffee filter and tie it with the String/Twine, creating a makeshift tea bag. Once the Salt and Sugar have dissolved, add the Half & Half, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and your “Tea Bag.” Heat to just under boiling, then lower the heat and let simmer for 25 minutes. Once Cannabis has simmered, squeeze the excess and remove the “Tea Bag” and add the Chocolate. Turn the heat off and stir until the Chocolate has melted. Serve in a mug and top with Whipped Cream and Cinnamon or Orange Zest for extra flavor.

Garlic & Herb Mashed Pot-atoes

  • 3-4 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 4 Large Garlic Heads
  • 3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Basil
  • 1 TBSP Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Pint Heavy Cream
  • 4-6 Ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 TBSP Butter
  • 4 TBSP Cannabutter

Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Cut the top half-inch off the Garlic Heads. Add Olive Oil to the cut Garlic Heads and sprinkle with Basil. Roast in a 420 degree oven for 30-50 minutes. The Garlic is done when it becomes tender enough to cut with a fork. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold tap water. Add Salt and bring to a boil. Once the Potatoes are done, drain, return to the pot, and mash slightly. Add Butters, Pepper, Salt, Cream, and Cheese and mash to desired consistency. Add Garlic to taste.

Canna-Chicken

  • ½ Cup Dried Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Finely Chopped Parsley

  • ½ TSP Pepper
  • ¼ TSP Salt
  • ½ Cup Cannabutter, Melted
  • 2 TSP Finely Chopped Fresh Garlic
  • 6 (4-ounce) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a shallow bowl combine Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Parsley, Ground Cannabis, Salt, and Pepper and set aside. Combine the Cannabutter and Garlic in a 9-inch pie pan. Dip 1 Chicken Breast at a time into butter mixture and then into breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly on both sides. Place Chicken Breasts into ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Drizzle with any remaining Cannabutter mixture. Bake 25-35 minutes or until internal temperature of Chicken reaches at least 165 degrees.

  • 1 Can Condensed Milk

  • 1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour melted Cannabutter into bottom of a glass 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Graham Cracker Crumbs and press lightly to form a crust.
